Our extruded acrylic is suitable for laser cutting and can be vacuum formed when dried. It can also be cut using a plastics cutter or on a bandsaw or scrollsaw. Often used for fabrication, laser engravings, noticeboards and signage and attractive displays. It is manufactured to a high standard and provides impact and UV resistance, good thermal stability and low water asorption. It is very easy to work with and cast in particular is recommended for CNC machining. We also have bulk packs available which save you even more money per sheet when buying larger quantities.
