Grade E1 low formaldehyde content. Less than or equal to 8mg to100g of product. Pack of 6 sheets. Approximate sheet size 600 x 400 x 9mm To reduce the risk of warping, MDF sheet should be stored flat in a dry, well ventilated area as it is susceptible to moisture absorpttion. Not recommended for use on a laser cutter.

High quality interior grade lower resin content ply. Measures 500 x 375mm and comes in packs of 12 sheets. *Due to the varying resin content present in this natural product, we cannot guarantee its suitability for use with laser cutters. PLEASE NOTE: While every effort is made to ensure that all sheets are completely flat, as ply is a natural product, 100% flat sheets can't always be guaranteed and some bowing/warping should be expected. If using on a laser cutter, you may need to tape the sheet down for acurate cutting, depending on the bowing. To reduce the risk of warping, Ply sheet should be stored flat in a temperature of approximately 20°C with relative humidity of air about 60%. No tolerances on warping can be given, see the downloads tab for further information.

A team of students design and build their own gravity racer, which as the name suggests, has no engine so is the ultimate in green racing. The team decides how they run the project, incorporating aspects such as the planning, design, materials, research, events and PR.
