Fluidised baths consist of a tank to hold thermoplastic powder, a plenum box and a porous membrane. When low pressure high volume air is blown through the powder via the plenum box it causes the powder to lift and disperse thus behaving like a liquid and permits immersion of a preheated metal component. • Everything needed to carry out dip coating with plastic powders • Contains: Model 300 and 150 fluidised bath, Model 120 blower unit and stand • 670 x 700 x 770mm
