Phenolic steel frame workbench fitted with 4 x 7inch Eclipse quick release woodworking vices. Phenolic resin is contructed of saturated malamine resins and layers of phenolic impregnated kraft paper. The melamine resin produces a very durable thermoset plastic and is a nonabsorbant counter top providing a unique apperarance that is highly resistant to graffiti.

Fixing kit for 7inch vices.

This bench is fitted with a beech top. Standard sizes 1800mm long, 760, 810 or 910mm wide and 810 or 860mm high. A maximum of 4 metalwork vices can be fitted (sold separately).

The 6x 68mm deep drawers provide ample space for A1 size paper and slide on easy-glide runners to ensure smooth action even on when drawers are heavy with paper or card. Modern bow handles, finished in silver, stylishly complement each drawer providing a sturdy grab point on each drawer when sliding them out and back in. Steel legs, powder coated in a deep charcoal black, neatly frame the drawers beautifully and look superb and also match the black finish on the inside of the drawers. Available in grey, light oak or beech.

Supplied flat packed the new Gratnells MakerSpace trolley is the latest addition to the successful Callero family of specialist school storage. The racking is made up of fully welded heavy duty steel frameworks which have five pairs of 350mm long cantilever support arms (including the base arms) in the height. Each bay is spaced out so that the arms are equally spaced out. This racking requires both wall and floor fixing.

The rack is divided into five 300mm wide storage sections. We recommend that this rack is floor fixed for safety reasons. Rack is 1m high.

The Craftwork 2000 is the premium workbench for the educational workshop environment. Featuring a solid beech top with reversible tool well and a fully welded powder coated steel frame. Available with a variety of vice configurations but normally specified with 4 x 7inch woodwork vices with hardwood jaws and quick release mechanism as standard. For multi-media use piggy-back metal vices can be specified. These allow the students to work at this bench with a wide range of materials and provides the most versatile workshop bench solution. Rigid and robust, the body and sliding jaw are cast from close grained grey iron which is machined on all friction surfaces for a smooth, reliable action. Fitted with hardened steel jaws for extended life, they can be replaced when worn. The main steel screw has a two-start rolled thread for faster and smoother operation. It has a fused steel handle that will bend before the vice can be overstressed. A safety stop prevents the slide from being separated from the body. The most popular and widely used general purpose vice for light to medium-duty applications.
