Our cast acrylic is suitable for laser cutting, CNC machining, line bending and blow moulding. It can also be cut using a plastics cutter or on a bandsaw or scrollsaw. Often used for fabrication, laser engravings, noticeboards and signage and attractive displays. It is manufactured to a high standard and provides impact and UV resistance, good thermal stability and low water asorption. It is very easy to work with and cast in particular is recommended for CNC machining. We also have bulk packs available which save you even more money per sheet when buying larger quantities. Please note that due to the way cast acrylic is manufactured, the sheet thickness is nominal and may vary slightly +/- 18%.

HSS rose countersinks are recommended for work on mild steel and have a longer life than carbon steel countersinks in other materials.

Phenolic steel frame workbench fitted with 4 x 7inch Eclipse quick release woodworking vices. Phenolic resin is contructed of saturated malamine resins and layers of phenolic impregnated kraft paper.
