This official F1 Model Block measures 223mm x 65mm x 50mm with a consistent weight of 112grams and contains a pre-drilled hole for the CO2 cartridge. This pack contains 10 model blocks. This will be the only material accepted at the F1 in Schools World Finals commencing in 2015. This new block is grain free, has a consistent weight and density, machines very well and is easy to paint.

This de-ionised water is recommended for use with the chiller units of water cooled laser cutters to ensure efficient operation with no contaminents. Morris Deionised Water is produced by ion exchange process, which is recognised alternative to distillation. This method requires no external heat and involves passing ""mains"" water through special resins that have an affinity for the organic and inorganic ions present in the water. These ions are attracted to, and attach themselves to the resin and are hence removed from the water. Morris Deionised Water is therefore very low in metal ion content (e.g. iron, copper, manganese), other inorganic ions (e.g. sulphate, chloride etc) and hence has low conductivity.

Our cast acrylic is suitable for laser cutting, CNC machining, line bending and blow moulding. It can also be cut using a plastics cutter or on a bandsaw or scrollsaw. Often used for fabrication, laser engravings, noticeboards and signage and attractive displays. It is manufactured to a high standard and provides impact and UV resistance, good thermal stability and low water asorption. It is very easy to work with and cast in particular is recommended for CNC machining. We also have bulk packs available which save you even more money per sheet when buying larger quantities. Please note that due to the way cast acrylic is manufactured, the sheet thickness is nominal and may vary slightly +/- 18%.

Trigger feed glue gun. Compact, lightweight design, ideal for small hands with the trigger action providing excellent control of glue usage. Requires 100mm mini glue sticks & will work on any voltage from 100 to 240v.

The easy trigger feed, high stability stand and insulated nozzle reduces the risk of burns from both the nozzle and the hot glue. Bonding temperature approximately 115°C. It will operate on voltages from 120 to 240 AC. It will only accept the special oval section 250mm low temperature glue sticks. BSI Approved.
