Bio-Electrical Impendence Analysis (BIA) uses a small safe electrical current to take measurements. The BF214 analyser can track progress when following a diet or training plan. The scale includes a memory so you can follow your improvements and stay motivated. It also measures skeletal muscle to give a complete overview of body composition.

Cuff fits arm circumference 32-42cm. Using the correct size improves the accuracy of blood pressure measurements, compatible with Omron M3 Blood Pressure Meter (sold separately).
