Often used for fabrication, laser engravings, noticeboards and signage and attractive displays. It is manufactured to a high standard and provides impact and UV resistance, good thermal stability and low water asorption. It is very easy to work with and cast in particular is recommended for CNC machining. We also have bulk packs available which save you even more money per sheet when buying larger quantities. Please note that due to the way cast acrylic is manufactured, the sheet thickness is nominal and may vary slightly +/- 18%.

HSS rose countersinks are recommended for work on mild steel and have a longer life than carbon steel countersinks in other materials.
