Mini Thermo-Anemometer

This carbon dioxide detector measures CO2, air temperature and humidity. A useful tool to help to regulate ventilation in enclosed spaces such as classrooms, indicating when fresh air should be allowed in to help remove air that contains virus particles and to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. People exhale carbon dioxide when they breath out. If there is a build-up of this in an area it can indicate that ventilation needs improving. This device adopts a high-precision non-dispersive infrared CO2 sensor that detects CO2 accurately and sensitively. Containing a high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, making it easily portable. To preserve electricity, it powers off after 30 minutes of inactivity. A USB charging cable is also provided allowing simple recharging using either a PC or mains plug. These Pooters are designed not to be perfectly round so that bugs will find a crevice to hide in and are easier to observe. The jar contains two holes; one of which has a fine mesh covering to prevent bugs being drawn into the mouth. Two lengths of tubing (removable for easy washing) are supplied.

Use in conjunction with an accurate millisecond timer to calculate acceleration due to gravity. The timer starts when the ball bearing is released from the release unit, the base has an integral vibration sensor which stops the clock as the ball bearing hits the impact plate. Replace the ball bearing, reset the timer and the unit is ready to go again. When used with Lascells timers or other models with de-bounced inputs no additional power is required. If the timer used is found to have “bouncy” inputs then a 4 second delay can be added to the impact plate outputs by powering the unit with 9 V DC. The Lascells Millisecond Timer is a fully functional, easy to use millisecond timer and has a clear, 4 digit LED display. Three sockets provide START and STOP inputs which respond to any change of switch settings i.e. normally closed to open or vice versa making triggering very simple and reliable. A single switch changes the timer from GATE 1 start and stop to GATE 1 start GATE 2 stop. In addition 3.5 mm sockets are provided to allow Lascells timer light gates to be connected. The timer has millisecond resolution for times up to 10 seconds and then the display auto-ranges for longer periods up to 9999s with corresponding reduced resolution. Supplied with mains plug-top adaptor and full instructions.

This upper arm digital blood pressure monitor is perfect for measuring your blood pressure in a safe and accurate way. To ensure the user gets a precise and clear reading of their blood pressure this monitor uses WHO (World Health Organisation) classifications. This Melting Point Apparatus has been designed with safety in mind. A single control knob on the front panel incorporates the mains ON/OFF switch with arbitrary scale of 0 to 10.
