The rip fence is aluminium section allowing for two working positions (ripping and angled ripping). It is fixed to a cast iron mounting bracket for rigidity and has integral micro adjustment. A telescopic extension arm is fitted to the cross cut fence for setting the timber stop. The 620mm Cross Cut Table is designed for cutting mitres and compound angles, end trimming, squaring, dividing and trimming. It has a maximum depth of cut 105mm @ 90° and 76mm @ 45°, double sided saw guard with dust extraction outlet, enclosed drive mechanism. Supplied with an anti kick saw blade. This machine features a temperature controlled heating barrel, rack and pinion injection ram, over centre mould closing, automatic moulding ejection and is supplied with a wheel mould (flat upper & shaped lower mould) and 2kgs of red polystyrene granules. To operate the machine, plastic granules are loaded into the heating barrel. After a short pre-heat time, the plastic is ready to inject. The mould is closed and the injection ram lowered. This action automatically opens a valve in the injection nozzle and the plastic is injected. Once the mould is full the ram is retracted. The heating barrel rises on its return springs, closing the valve. After cooling the mould is opened and the moulding is ejected by pins in the mould cavity. Requires permanent fixing or bolting down. Safe and easy to use.

The 180 combines a heated wire on a tensioned bow, ideal for cutting expanded polystyrene models, with a horizontal wire or strip heating of rigid plastic materials. This compact unit is ideal for smaller workshops.

This folding jig from C R Clarke is a useful accessory to their range of strip heaters. The jig has a working length of 600mm and is adjustable from 160° obtuse to 30° acute. This official F1 Model Block measures 223mm x 65mm x 50mm with a consistent weight of 112grams and contains a pre-drilled hole for the CO2 cartridge. This pack contains 10 model blocks. This will be the only material accepted at the F1 in Schools World Finals commencing in 2015. This new block is grain free, has a consistent weight and density, machines very well and is easy to paint.

This de-ionised water is recommended for use with the chiller units of water cooled laser cutters to ensure efficient operation with no contaminents. Morris Deionised Water is produced by ion exchange process, which is recognised alternative to distillation. This method requires no external heat and involves passing ""mains"" water through special resins that have an affinity for the organic and inorganic ions present in the water. These ions are attracted to, and attach themselves to the resin and are hence removed from the water. Morris Deionised Water is therefore very low in metal ion content (e.g. iron, copper, manganese), other inorganic ions (e.g. sulphate, chloride etc) and hence has low conductivity.
