Rocket Factory. Design and make your own realistic rockets and launch them safely to heights of up to 100 metres. The rockets are made by rolling paper around plastic tube and attaching plastic nose cone. They are propelled using an electrically-controlled compressed air launcher which gives near-chemical performance but at zero cost per launch. Provides opportunities for exploring basic rocket science enhancing subject teaching in design and technology, science and maths.Contains launcher and key switch 'firing' unit. Uses any cycle or car foot pump (not supplied) and requires alkaline PP3 batteries.Please note: packs of plastic nose cones are available separately.
