The Standard handles are of turned hardwood with a metal ferrule. The Python safety handles are turned and waxed with a special ferrule design that prevents splitting. 3 handles suit 6 files, 4 & 4¼ handles suit 8 files, 5 & 5½ handles suit 10 files. Sold in packs of 10.
