Demonstration Electric Motor. A model of the simplest form of DC electric motor, having 2-pole armature wound with enamelled copper wire, and permanent magnetic field provided by removable bar magnet. The construction of the model is completely open and all components are readily observable. disc-type commutator is incorporated and external connection to the phosphorous bronze bushes is by means of pair of 4mm sockets. The motor operates on 6-8 DC.
