Central Power Speed Chute

The chute wraps comfortably around the player's waist and picks up air as they run. Designed with a net inner, it allows a certain flow of air - most of which will decrease as the chute opens fully. This puts a greater load on the runner the faster they run and therefore increasing the exertion by the user's legs.
