    C R Clarke Schred R25 Plastic Granulator 3 Phase

    Manufacturer: TSL
The R25 is an industrial quality plastic granulator. Suitable materials for recycling include PP, HIPS, ABS and LDPE. Materials to be granulated are loaded into the hopper at the top of the machine. A combination of static and rotating blades gradually chops the material into smaller and smaller pieces. Once the material reaches a small enough size it passes out through a mesh filter and into a collection bin. This model is the 3phase version. When not in use, a lockable cover can be fitted over the inlet chute, ensuring that no unwanted debris enters the machine. The Process: Wash out your old cartons Shred them in the R25 Schredder, reducing their volume by 95% and creating a usable material. At this stage, you can choose to put the waste for normal recycling, or to re-process it within school, in either of two ways: Use it directly in the CR Clarke 25 Injection Moulding Machine. (490-170) Heat it on a mould-plate and then roll it into a new sheet using the R30 Sheet Press (490-048).

This reduces the volume of waste produced by over 95%, but more importantly makes the granulated material re-usable in the CR Clarke Injection Moulding Machine, or using CR Clarke Material Re-Processing Equipment. The Process:Wash out your old cartonsThe C R Clarke R30 Plastic Sheet Making Press is ideal for schools wanting to teach sustainable manufacturing techniques. Students can learn how to reprocess plastic and form their own sheets, up to 458 x 305mm in size. Not only does this machine produce a unique project material, but at almost no cost. Giving you more flexibility on how you spend your budget.
